No Refund / No Return Policy
All sales at The Rich Essentials are final.
Due to the nature of our products, including hair extensions, wigs, closures, and frontals, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, textures, lengths, and details thoroughly before completing a purchase.
Exceptions
Claims will only be reviewed under the following circumstances:
• An incorrect item was shipped
• The item arrived damaged
To be considered, all claims must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and must include clear photo or video documentation. Items must remain unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit at the discretion of The Rich Essentials. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Shipping Policy
Processing times vary depending on product type. On-hand items ship faster than custom or made-to-order products. Tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped.
The Rich Essentials is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, The Rich Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are advised to ship orders to a secure location. Any delivery issues should be addressed directly with the carrier.
Coloring and Customization Disclaimer
All virgin hair products may be colored, bleached, or styled at the customer’s discretion. Once hair has been altered in any way, it becomes ineligible for review, replacement, or credit.
Improper handling, chemical processing, or service outcomes are the responsibility of the customer or stylist.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed. Pay-in-four options may be available through supported payment providers.
